How to make Palak Pakoda
- Wash and clean the spinach leaves under cold running water and keep them aside. Once the water has drained out completely, chop the leaves. Take a glass bowl and add in all the ingredients except oil and mix well. Sprinkle very little water, only if needed and form a thick batter.Heat oil in a pan over moderate flame. Drop small portion of the prepared dough in to the hot oil and deep fry it. Once the palak pakodas turn golden brown from both the sides, drain them onto a tissue paper to remove excess oil. Pair them with coriander chutney and serve hot with hot tea/coffee.
