Ingredients to make Baked Yogurt with Berries:

320 gm hung curd

3/4 cup fresh cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup cornflakes

3/4 cup condensed milk

For Garnishing
mixed berries as required
Steps:
  • In a baking dish, put crushed cornflakes at the bottom.In another bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients. Whisk well to avoid lumps. Strain, if necessary. Pour in a baking dish.

    Bake in pre-heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 10 for 15 minutes.

    Cool and garnish with cornflakes and berries of your choice.
