Chicken Bread Rolls

Tasty Chicken Bread Roll Recipe.

Follow these simple steps to get the best chicken dish.can also be served for iftar.

Ingredients to make chicken bread rolls:

  • For filling:
  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 large Onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small piece Ginger
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriader powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds powder
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • For Rolls:
  • 15 piece White or Brown bread
  • Cream cheese for spreading
  • 2 Eggs Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying


  1. Filling: Cook the chicken and shred it. In a pan pour little oil. Add the chopped onions and saute till transparent.
  2. Add ginger,garlic and chilly paste. Saute well and add the spice powders one by one and mix well. When the raw smell goes away add the chopped tomatoes.
  3. When the tomatoes are soft add the shredded chicken and mix well. Add salt as per taste and add the chopped coriander leaves. Fry it for another 2 mins and off the flame.
  4. For Making Rolls: Take each bread cut the 4 sides.Keep the sides for making bread crumbs. Now with a rolling pin roll the bread to thin.
  5. Spread some cream cheese on the bread and put 1 tbsp filling on this and roll the bread. Seal both side by pressing it well. Do the same with rest of the breads.
  6. Now beat 2 eggs in a bowl. In another bowl keep the bread crumbs. Now dip each roll in egg and then in bread crumbs and keep aside.
  7. Do this with all the rolls. Heat oil in a kadai and fry these rolls till crispy. Enjoy the chicken rolls.
