Chinese Bhel is an interesting fusion recipe made using noodles, onions,cabbage with a Chinese flavor.

Ingredients for Chinese Bhel Recipe:
- Noodles boiled 4 cups
- Cabbage 2 tablespo
- Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Capsicum cut 1
- Cabbage 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli sauce 2 teaspoons
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons
- Pizza sauce 2 teaspoons
Heat the oil in a wok and deep fry the noodles till crisp and golden brown in colour and place on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil and cool it.
Crush the noodles and keep aside.
In a non stick pan heat two tablespoons oil add chopped ginger, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Saute it for 2-4 min.
Add salt , white pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and pizza sauce.
In a bowl combine the crush fried noodles and the mixture which was prepared earlier and toss to mix well. Serve it.
