Ingredients to make dry fruits chikki:
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 pinch soaked saffron
1 cup pistachios
2 tablespoon ghee
2 teaspoon milk
For The Main Dish
4 1/4 cup powdered jaggery
Put a pan on medium flame and heat ghee in it. Then add jaggery powder and mix it well, making it a fine paste.
Now add almonds, pistachios, cashews and saffron (soaked in milk) and blend them until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Take it off from the flame. Spread small amount of ghee in a tray and put the above dry fruit mixture in an evenly manner.
Let the mixture cool and cut it into pieces.
