Ingredients to make Pepper Prawns:
- 400 gm prawns
- Clean the prawns properly. Shallow fry the prawns with salt only. Pour adequate butter and black pepper in pot
- Fry onion, tomato, garlic in it. Then put the prawns in, add salt and coconut milk.
- After the gravy becomes thick, remove it separately. In another pan, give dry chillies, two or three pieces of garlic, ginger slices.
- Once these are fried properly, pour it on the prawns and garnish it with coriander leaves.
