Prawn Pakora

Prawn Pakora is tasty,tempting and seafood recipe.


Try this easy-to-make snack recipe for iftar.

Ingredients for Prawn Pokora recipe:

250 gm washed & dried,chopped prawns

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder

2 cup refined oil

1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste

1/3 teaspoon powdered turmeric

1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 dash salt

For The Main Dish
1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon rice flour


 To make this easy seafood recipe, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except cooking oil (do not add water in it).
Then heat oil in a pan over medium flames, take a small portion of prepared mixture and gently put in the hot oil one by one.
Deep fry the prawn mixture for a minute and flip in between to fry on the other side, till golden in colour.
When the pakora is fried, take it out on the kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil and repeat the same process for the remaining mixture.
When all the pakoras are done, serve hot with green chutney.
