1/4 cup cabbage
1 handful coriander leaves
How to make Rice Salad
To start with, boil rice in a cooker or a large vessel. Meanwhile, boil peas in a deep bottomed pan. After the rice and green peas boil, allow them to cool. Meanwhile, chop the apples and cut cauliflower into medium florets. After the rice and peas cool down, take a bowl and mix rice with apples, green peas, cauliflower florets, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients gently.
Stir in lemon juice to this mixture and toss well. Transfer this mixture to the serving bowl covered with lettuce. Serve by garnishing with shredded cabbage and coriander leaves
