Ingredients to make Tomato Curry:
2 medium chopped tomato
1 medium chopped onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
4 pinches salt
8 leaves curry leaves
1 medium grated apple
50 gm butter
5 teaspoon milk
4 pinches black pepper
To make this side dish recipe, first of all, fry the grated apple and onion in butter until blended.
Allow it to boil. Now season with salt and pepper.
In a separate frying pan saute tomatoes for 5 minute.
Mix the sauted tomato to the apple mixture. Cover it for a while. Serve hot with boiled rice.
