Ingredients to make whole wheat salad:
1 cup whole wheat
1/2 cup boiled raw peanuts
1/4 cup frozen sweet corn
3 cherry tomatoes
How to make Whole Wheat Salad
- Soak the whole wheat with enough water in a deep bowl overnight. Drain well and keep aside.Boil the whole wheat till it is completely cooked.
In the meantime, make the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, paprika and salt.
Now, combine the cooked wheat, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes and peanuts with the dressing in a deep bowl and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
